Has anyone bought their NPC a chocobo wand yet? I'm curious as to if it gimps their damage or not. I'm going to assume it does, which is a shame because I'd love to buy one, but I quite often use my NPC as a tank for my brd so I can skill up sword and dagger. When I farm I tend to have her attacker style aswell - in short I very rare have her as healer style, so I was just curious as to how much I'll gimp her by buying a wand.
If it does gimp her, I might just buy one anyway and set her to healer all the time... figured I'd ask around first though^^

The specific weapon that your npc wields has no effect on their damage(at least according to wiki.ffxiclopedia.org), just the weapon class. So I would guess your npc would hit like it would with any other club.
