Login Campaign Not Working :: World of Warcraft

I had 10 points when I first checked the Greeter Moogle, I spent them and have logged in 5-6 times since then in the span of like a month and my point balance has remained at 0. I am confused if this is a bug on my end, SE has like no customer support in-game for this sort of stuff, it would be really nice for some of the items.

The current login campaign point accumulation period ran from October 10th to November 2nd, but can still be redeemed for a few more days. If you're talking about logging in a month ago, you may be thinking about points from a previous login campaign that are completely wiped out. The previous campaign ran September 10 to October 9th.
