Over the years SE has moved various items from NM's to BCNM's due to RMT issues, as well as created a counterpart that is rare/ex. I'm trying to create a list of them, but my memory is not what it used to be. If anyone could pitch in i'd really appreciate it.
Right now i have archer's ring, leaping boots, and emperor's hairpin.

Peacock Charm -> Peacock Amulet, drop was moved to BCNM40 Under Observation
Kraken Club -> Octave Club, drop was moved to BCNM60 Up in Arms (although this is a case where the "EX" item differs from its equivalent; Octave only works similarly when your level is divisible by 8)

Ochiudo's Kote and Fuma Kyahan, the nms drop Ochimusa Kote and Sarutobi Kyahan.
Cross-Counters drops from Brothers D'Aurphe, Retaliators Rare/Ex drops from Western Shadow.
Eurytos' Bow drops from Brothers D'Aurphe, Vali's Bow drops from Eastern Shadow.
