It should Ive used a PS3 controller. I think it supports any gamepad that Windows will. Open the Config and I think the settings are in there. been a while.

Yes, 360 controllers work, I use one myself.

One thing to keep in mind though is that the official drivers map the trigger buttons as a shared axis, not buttons. So, if you want to use the triggers as buttons, you'll need to find a third-party program for it.
