No content ID?Follow

Trying to log in tonight and I am receiving a message saying no content ID, please obtain a new one or reactivate an old one.

The thing is I have been playing this character for the last 5 years each night and I have not deactivated it.

Just tried calling SE but got answer message saying lines were busy and then the line went dead.

Please help.

Thx for the reply, my other character on a diff console but paid for on the same card was not affected, weird.

I reactivated and all seems well, no reason for the char to be deactivated, bank account is in good order, really odd.
