I wanted to vote for Laila. If I can tear her dancer costume off right in the middle of Upper Jeuno, I would! I traded the DNC testimony to her, not so I could fight her, but so we could go somewhere with a little more privacy.
This poll is pretty interesting.
I mean if the same poll was set around the level 75 cap, I think Maat may have been placed a bit higher then he was since most people seemed to struggle on him back then.
(Thus being placed higher on each players consciousness perhaps?)
His rank was a bit of a shocker to me anyway. :)

Star of: 1. RDM AF storyline 2. A large chunk of the San d'Orian storyline 3. The Savage Blade WSNM storyline 4. Numerous other quests as a secondary character 5. In the heroine's battlefield "Martial Ball" 6. General of the frickin Temple Knights 6. Trion's bit o' honey.
She doesn't get quite as much screen time as Shantotto, but not every character gets to have a entire mini expansion built around her evil twin(s).
The people who voted for Joachim must've been stoned.
Shoot, I wish I was around when this happened. My top 4 characters would have been:
1. Carbuncle ( If you've met me in game, you'd know why lol )
2. Areuhat ( The Wyrm in Campaign, I absolutely loved her quest line and want to know more about her ), glad she placed at least
3. Gessho ( One of my favorite story characters, a fun one indeed! )
4. Phoenix ( I've always been a fan of Pheonix's, and Pheonix in game is no exception, dunno if they'd allow her though )
and of course, outside of Areuhat I doubt any of my picks would have placed lol =P

Best NPC to come out of Wings of the Goddess. I wish they'd done more with her. Though giving her that book o' dragons as part of the mythic quest was a nice nod.
