for some reason my square password isn't going after many attempts I get this any idea how long it takes I even reset it though the website so I know its right password and I know its case sensitive but I checked all that. has my stuff been hacked?

I'm currently getting server busy message please check connection / connection timed out message.

My mule is logged in and working fine though.

I am having the same issue right now trying to reactivate my account. I can log onto the website no problem but for my xbox it says incorrect password or Id.

The website uses your square enix account/password. Remember we have both a PlayOnline account & Square Enix account with separate passwords. If you've forgotten your PlayOnline password Log in to your Square Enix account on the website. Under Services and Options click "Select Service" > Then FFXI > then options list for your PoL account > Update PlayOnline Password Click Update.
