World Transfer ProblemsFollow

I recently reactivated my account from a few years ago, and I went through the transfer process on SE's website. After I was done, all my activated characters show on my account status "name@valefor". The problem is, they still go to Bahamut. It has been several days since I purchased the transfer with no change. I understand that it would take some time, but it's been 6 days. I have searched around and haven't found a thread with the same issue. Could you good people provide some guidance? Thanks.
You should contact a GM ingame and tell them the transfer service isn't working properly so they can move your characters to Valefor. They will ask when you paid for the transfer and then ask you to log out while they transfer your characters.
