Hi guys,
I played FFXI for years but it's been about 4 years since I've last played. I am creating a new account and starting over as soon as my copy of seekers comes in. Does anybody have any advice as to where I should start off being level 1 everything brand new lol?

Find a social linkshell before creating your first character. This will determine the server you start on.
Look at other new/returning player threads for linkshell invites and advice. Someone might show up here with a linkshell offer, but those found in other posts are open as well, so feel free to contact those players.
Finally, the game has changed a lot (probably for the better), so be prepared.

Anybody that visits the thread, are there any Linkshells recruiting? Other new players might see this as well.
