Lighting issuesFollow

New pc windows 7 i play with windower on ffxi and im having some light issues it seems really dark ? is there any way i can lighten the screen up? ive tried pressing f11 it only lightens up the chars not the environment any help would be greatly appreciated x

If you want to use f11 you need to turn bump mapping off in the config of the game.
