Xbox 360 Controller, Do the Triggers work?

I'm not too fond of the 3rd party controller drivers like MotionJoy, but I deal just fine with the default Microsoft drivers.

There really aren't enough important functions to even need the triggers - you can just use the L/R bumper buttons for macros, and the Back/Start buttons on the controller face for other stuff (Start = auto-run for me).
