i'm from europe.
how can i safetly add the amazon code to a new account ?
it is ok to add them to my existing account (which is with my location, eu).
or i need to make an us one ?

Ah, apparently they are not region free, but console<->pc exchangable. Strange, i could have sworn... oh well...

Sorry but reg codes are not region free, you have to match the region of the code to the region of the account. The only exception to this rule are reward codes ie Destrier Beret etc.

Yeah, what fingleburt said. I think you are mistaking "Region-Free" from "System-Free" as you can use codes from any system to unlock expansion, as long as they all came from the same region.
