Ancient Currency Trading adjustments

For anyone confused about what this is referring to (like I was for a moment), this is an attempted fix for those people who did things like accidentally trade 99 Montiont silverpieces instead of 100 when trying to get their Ranperre goldpiece, and instead were "rewarded" with a mammoth tusk and 28 of their M.silvers taken away.

Personally, I don't know why they don't just make it similar to how Sagheera works with Limbus coins (that is, she'll hold onto a stock of them if you wish, and if you want to purchase an item with the coins you have to actually select the item from a list and confirm it)
