Returning Player looking for right ServerFollow

Ok so im looking for the right server, and these are the things im looking for.

Any feedback appreciated.

1. Good Player Base, Good Number of People. Also people that i can party with around level 25~45
Kinda speaks for itself

2. Economy
Ok prices I can actually buy stuff, not overpriced crazy prices where its as if im a peasant worker in china, taking my money over to the US and trying to buy something. Perhaps we can tell the difference by each poster going ingame, and posting prices of common armor and items? and going by that maybe.

I guess thats all I can really ask for. Maybe a friendly server too?
