changing nation and supply questsFollow

I have been wishing for a long time to have Ronfaure, Gustaberg, and Sarubaruta outpost warp priveledges in my pocket. However, for obvious reasons, this is exceptionally difficult to actually acquire as the odds of taking another nation's region in conquest is pretty nil. However, I came upon this little bullet point on ffxiclopedia.com:


"Players may now use the teleport service to teleport to any outpost for which they have completed a supply mission, regardless of their current nation affiliation."

I know that in the past, if you change nations your supply quest progress is stored but not carried over to the next nation. I would have to either redo the supply quests for that nation or repatriate back. However, the quote above implies I can change nations now without loss to supply quest progress. Is this like some new update or do the old rules still apply? I am hoping someone on here has recently changed nations and can let me know.

I've recently been working on the nation missions and any supply missions you have done for any other nation are still classed as done when you switch over, No need to do them again even if you switch nation.

I got all outposts three times because I switched nations three times, then switched back to Sandy. It was only after I did all that they they allowed you to keep them.
