It isn't against forum rules on here, so long as you try to keep it to just one topic. If you just make updates on here about it, then I don't have an issue.
Additionally, since you're a fledgling Warrior, I've sent you a Butterfly Axe to get you started down the path of using their best weapon. Though using a spear might seem to be a good idea given that you're wanting to become a Dragoon, you'll be best off early on using a Great Axe for leveling just because of how useful things like Shield Break and Sturmwind can be.
