Returning Player - Where to Party?

Yeah guys, i was wrong in my previous statement.

Got into a party this afternoon, Gusgen Mines.

Got from level 20 to 28 within 4-5 hours, very happy with what has been done.

Lol, indeed, i spoke way too soon.
