And maybe COR depending on if martial gun could cancel the acc loss. Until commodore belt anyway.

Someone who wishes to increase damage in their ranged attack in circumstances where their ranged accuracy will not suffer against specific mobs.

Gear is situational. Many jobs would choose to give up ACC in the neck slot for that Haste boost, especially in circumstances where the amount of accuracy one has has already capped the hit rate.

I highly doubt this. They would become just slightly overpowered. But who knows, this is SE who has no real sense of balanced in FFXI.

Nup, relics get mostly Damage+, Apoc goes up to 110 damage.

The neato ones are on the free weapons you get from the crate next to the moogle.
