Seriously though, I doubt this is going to stop anyone who was planning on making the switch to FFXIV from making the switch. If they handed out beta keys tomorrow everyone would be like "Well I guess I'll give them another chance..."
Reminds me of when Zam supposedly got "bought out" by IGE and there was supposed to be some great 'exodus' to another website (which if I recall had actual gil buying banners in their ad space). Wonder how that turned out...

Honestly, this whole situation is just getting blown outta proportion..seriously lol. It's gotten so bad people are trying to turn away new/returning players.
I probably just gonna try the trial of FF14, but I doubt there will have trials at the start of release.

I'm absolutely positive that FFXIV will be a good game, and well worth playing.
But I will not be going near it because of the company who owns, and runs it. Like hell I'm going to give this company my money if random bannings of legitimate players continues.

This is funny, I can count on one hand the names of people not too long ago cheering on SE's STF teams banning tactics while the casualties piled up.
- now that were deeper into a recession and the STF just keeps banning people too justify their existence,or have worked their way threw the entire community to their name - and just keep finding smaller infractions, their crying fowl play.
you created the monster, deal with it...
personaly, I can't wait till FFXIV comes out - it's been 6 years since I've been able to MPK cry babies
