i found a trick out in sandy. Certain NPCs by default turn you into a special NPC. I Easily Caught on and decided to share
San'd Oria
Skeleton: Corua (H-9) in a stand. Give her different treats until you are a skeleton.
Ghost: Phamelise (K-9) Same thing as Skeleton.

Once you and your partner are those mobs. Run towards MH and get fork. Zone and come back.

Since me and my partner are San'd orian, we must find the NPC that makes orcs. With the pitchfork you become a Goblin though.
Bastok
Goblin: Belizieg (E-8) Trade like usual. Go to the Ballon thing near G-5 and /cheer you just got a pitchfork +1.
