I was just curious what level the "Spell Interruption Rate" choice in the "Other" category capped at. Furthermore, I'd like to know if there is a site with all the info on merits for each catgory, each choice. If you have anything of worthy information please respond. Thank you very much.

Everything in "other" caps at 3 points.

I just Googled "FFXI merit points" and found a ton of guides. The KI and Kool-Aid ones seem to be the best on the first page.
