that link has not only false info (doing all 3 cities doe snot get you HQ) but no info on the POS of the NPCS that change you. So its not as usefull as these threads.
well it does say report 1... maybe we are just interpreting it at the wrong direction.
This was proven false already. You only have to go to a city that is not your hometown with someone else, morph into goblins, and go to a specific decoration. Going to all 3 cities is not needed, and will not yeild a HQ. There is a thread floating around with the correct information.

Treat Staff? Latent Affect Warp? Htf do you activate latent effect warp
I'm not sure exactly how the latent effect works, I thought it would come into effect when low HP, so to test this I went to xarabard (sp?), and fought some undead until my HP got really low. it worked and warped me, however, when I tried again I had nearly full hp, the thing blinded me, and it warped me.
