tao, thers no way he can stop paying until they fix their problems, if you can't log in to POL, you cannot cancel your content IDs, or change billing info. This is why POL is crucial to accessing FFXI, because you cant play FFXI without a content ID which you can only attain through POL, regardless, square-enix needs to revamp their maintence department.

You would call customer support first. If SE does not, or cannot offer any other way to cancel your payment process should you decide to quit, you can then call your credit card company to stop payment.

Just incase you guys want to know i clicked on the Join Playonline button and this is what it says
