i threw the hume clothes for lvl 1( the one you start with) a long time ago, i think you can buy it somewhere but not sure.
anyone know if or where i can get it?

IIRC, in Bastok there's an NPC near the AH entrance in the Mines which sells level 1 hume and galka gear.
Look for an NPC called Proud Bear (I think) near the residential area in Bastok Mines. He sells the lvl 1 RSE.
There's a Galka named Proud Beard at the front of the wall to the entrance of the Mog House who will sell you Level 1 RSE clothes for hume in Bastok Mines.

Re-acquire Starting Armor
If you lose your starting armor for some reason, you can buy it back for a small fee from one of these NPC's:
Bastok Mines (Hume and Galka armour): Proud Beard
San d'Oria North (Elvaan armour): Arachagnon
Windurst Port (Tarutaru and Mithra armour): Kucha Malkobhi
