can anyone tell me as to where to lvl up a weapon at lvl 123 (char lvl 58 drk) skill up pts optional

a skill up pt in kuftal tunnel. you can hang around kuftal in skill pts 'til 200 or so.

but will i get good skill ups and hit more than not? at lvl 123 that is
