is there a way i can get the pumpkin head thing that was given out on haloween (not sure which year) i just started playing and i really want one!
also the gold world pass thing, does the person who gave me the world pass still have to play for me to get my items?

Don't know about the world pass, but the pumpkin head is a rare/ex item you got from doing a Halloween event in a previous year. You will only be able to get one if it's offered as a reward again in the future.
you will be able to get one after 100 days if you gave out, or gotten a goldworld pass
but wait for holloween they show NPCs in the banner with them on so i assume, along with the new items (pitchfork?) you might be able to buy the heads from npcs..(like this past summerfest)
