I gotta ask really quick.

From another post I have been led to beleive that double attack can trigger on a WS.

Is that true? If it is, why am I so unlucky as to have never seen it Smiley: cry

It's true, it depends on what job you are.

A war dual wielding axes probably wont ever notice it.

A war with a great axe you can tell very easy when it fires, usually doing 150 more dmg on the weapon skill.

Yeah it can happen. The way you will notice is that you'll get an extra 1% TP than normal TP return. I love when Triple Attack goes off during DE or SB.

You can see it after you have done a WS.
You'll get 1 or 2 more TP then you usualy do.
Like with Sturmwind, 2 Attack WS, you'll get 12(1hit) or 13(2hit) Tp back(i think), 14 if you hit both attacks and a Double Attack.

Like others have said, you'll see it in your TP gain. But to see it, you need to know how weaponskills work.

For multi-hit skills, you get full TP for the first hit, and 1 TP for the other hits. If you're dual-wielding, it actually adds a fully-modified additional hit to your weaponskill, for which you get full TP for as well.

So, for example, for Dancing Edge (6 hits when dual-wielding):

First hit (5) + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 5 (off-hand hit) = 14% TP gain for all hits.

Additional TP means you've double or triple attacked (if THF) for one or more of those hits.
