I'v searched around and have found nothing about how to have a new ID reissued to log in(The username basically). I'm asking for a friend whom i'm trying to get back into the game, but he doesn't want to buy another game just to play. And starting over probably isn't too fun either. So to restate my prolonged point, is there a way to get your 'username' back to log in?

Btw, I already told him he was stupid for not writing it down.

There's not a method I know of personally, although you could probably try calling the Customer Support. As long as you knew all the other account details (name, address, DOB, credit card details, etc), I don't see why they wouldn't be able to get you the account number.
