Have you played around with the .DATs at all? In the last update, SE made it so that your game will crash if you try to load an item that had its .DAT deleted. It's very likely that your game tried to load a .DAT you removed.

Does this crash still happen if just one .DAT is switched? I realy don't like how Baron's Tunic looks like on Hume, I was thinking about switching it out with Garrish Tunic... but if my game will crash...

no, model swaps are ok, it's model deletion that causes problems. This is mostly done to prevent cheating at Fafnir.

Try running the File check that's in the POL Viewer (It's an option BEFORE you log in), and see if it brings up any corrupt or missing files.

I can't search down the thread right now but someone else had a similar problem with the entrance into Lower Jeuno from Rolanberry Fields(sp). They found out it was a known problem and several people were getting stuck. SE fixed it but it took several days and apparently GM's couldn't warp them out because if the GM's tried zoning to where the player was they would get stuck too.

Hopefully, now that they know how to fix it for one zone, if you call tech support tomorrow they will be able to get you out.

I had this problem myself with Lower Jueno => Port Jueno. I zoned, went to loading, and crashed. Tried relogging, crashed. I did a file check, and it found nothing (and froze a few times), so tech support informed me that reinstalling was the only option.

Honestly, it's one of those things you might not want to hesitate with. I mean, you could wait a few days to try and find a solution. But you may not. You reinstall now, you can play for those days instead of taking a gamble. Would suck to wait and have to reinstall anyway.
