There's AF+1, not RSE+1. There have been two pieces of what's been referred to as RSE2 in for each race for a looong time now. For Mithra this is River gear, Gauntlets and Gaiters. Level 62, the Gauntlets are HP+60 VIT+6 MND+1 AGI-5, Gaiters are MP+35 INT+4 MND+4 DEX-3. As you can imagine, the gloves don't tend to be too pricey, the Gaiters are quite expensive. Both come from BCNMs that can drop any race's RSE2.
