Boiled crab isnt that bad, and nebonites cost a ton more then crab meat because they are also used in shehei.

yeah, the food is good stuff, its just not cost effective on most servers.

it's nice, but the reason why noone uses it is because it doesn't have def bonus, just vit.

at low levels, defense is a lot more important for tanks.

i think this is the best combo for a pld tank

start out with steamed/boiled crayfish > then move to boiled steamed crab till def hits about 200, then move to shallops tropicale for galkas or seafood stew for other races, if you have gil to throw around grab some tavnazian tacos.

that's probably your best bet nowadays.

foods like that are good, but there is better stuff out there for tanking that gives vit +4 as well as def bonus.

makes me wonder why they even put these food items in there if there is something better out there.
