-Unlocked Legs only-
* Killed only Yagudo in W.Saruta >> lvl1 Windy Legs
-Unlocked Hands Legs and Feet
* Killed only Yagudo in W.Saruta >> lvl2 Windy Legs, lvl1 Windy Hands/Feet
* Killed only Yagudo in W.Saruta >> lvl3 Windy Legs, lvl2 Windy Hands/Feet
* Killed only Mandragora/Crawlers (Earth Crystal mobs) in W.Saruta >> lvl 1 Bastok Legs
* Killed only Yagudo in W.Saruta >> lvl2 Bastok Legs, lvl1 Bastok Hands/Feetlvl2 Bastok Legs, lvl1 Bastok Hands/Feet?!??
It seemed to be working that way it should have been until my last run. I was surprised however to get Bastok Legs when doing only Earth based mobs. I mean sure, they can influence equip changes; but I didn't think the conditions for influencing could be that strick!
I guess I should just stop testing and do only Yaguda in W.Saruta -- hoping that my last run was a fluke...

Do NPCs gain the martial arts trait? Kinda want to use H2H with mine but without that trait its pointless right?
Also, are NPC weapons really just cosmetic and a rank 1 is as strong as a final rank? Or is that just armor? What about shields? Does a small shield still block more but for less damage as per that shield update a while back?

I believe they do ONLY on fierce attacker, because in that style they act as a war/mnk. Any other style they won't, and on healer style they would only attack with one fist.

I would like to know as well I've been looking all over the net for an updated guide and haven't seen anything new yet, not even wiki had anything updated as to what the new weapons and armor were. :(
