HI people, this is probaly a stupid question but it will save me around 80k if i can re-enchant my Twicer... so is it possible to re-enchant weapons or is it a drop job after i have got up a couple more levels

Nope enchanted items are consumables. You want more enchantment double attack, you have to buy another one.
