Well i have Some Fame Anyways And I Still Cant Do This Quest And I follwed This Sites Guide and spent about 50k on the damn items and now im outraged! Someone please help!

First off, a better place to post this would probably be the Gobbie Bag quest forum; people do read them.
That being said, the gobbie bag quests are based on Jeuno fame. This is, to my understanding, a combination of a few things: both fame from quests you've done in Jeuno and the quests you've done in every other town.
The "Estimated Fame: None" may or may not be correct; I got the quest the first time I'd tried, but that means nothing - I'd done quests in SDO, Bastok, and Windhurst by then, so I may have merely met the requirement.
I would suggest you do some quests in Jeuno, such as lighting the lamps at night, the mog-house exit quest, some of the advanced job quests, or the Map of Delkfutt's Tower quest. These will directly earn you Jeuno fame, seem easy enough to do, and will help you get your gobbie bag.
As a final note - you spent 50k on the items for the first gobbie bag? I hope, for your sake, you didn't shop around. From my understanding and discussions in other board, the first gobbie bag should cost around 30k. This is, by far the cheapest of the four, and if the economy on Fenrir is such that this one cost 50k, universe help anyone who tries to do the later gobbie bags.

on Ifrit I did the first Gobbiebag quest for 17,500. Thats 10,000 for the Perodot(if you know a goldmith with (I think) better than 31 skill it can be made from a 1k green rock) you can do it cheaper.
