Lithe, he said level 6 Jeuno fame. Doing this quest in Selbina raises both San d'Oria and Bastok fame at the same time, both of which are components for Jeuno fame (so while it won't raise your San d'Oria fame as high, because it's counting both nations, it counts for more in Jeuno).

And maybe moss does raise it faster than Millioncorn or cabbages, not sure.

Also, it might matter what your Windurst fame is, how much it will affect your Jeuno fame. If I remember correctly, Jeuno fame is based on your highest nation fame plus your lowest nation fame, so if you haven't done any quests in Windy, the extra Bastok fame isn't going to help you.

If you're talking about the application for tenshodo membership (which I think you will need to get into Tenshodo to speak with Aldo), you need to select the blank third option from the girl at the front desk in the Neptune's Spire Inn. She should mention something about getting an application for membership, then trek to Bastok and talk to the big Galkan in the bottom floor of Warehouse 2.

I went to Bastok first before talking to the girl, and none of them mentioned the Tenshodo. I thought I might need more Bastok fame, so I did some quests and still got nothing, then I found out you had to talk to the girl first.

Of course, buying the invite is easier, it's usually only 1k at AH.

used this to raise my sandoria fame to 7 or 8 ... finally i got the 'trial of ice' (now i just gotta hit 60s so i can actually do the quest :P )

The bards in bastok still say i'm lacking in fame tho, but jeuno fame is skyrocketing! At least i got enough to get the warp scroll for free!

Now for windurst...

You can only hand in 1 at a time. Total hand in time for 10 stacks of 12 is about 40 minutes and will bring you to fame 6 in Jueno.

Is that true? I originally thought you can hand in a whole stack at a time and get '12-hits' a hand in.

/steal "cabbage run" <cooking thread>

lol i did this before the post came up, i did the moss quests some odd 300~ times.
i believe i have max fame in all 3 cities,
i was lucky when i did it, when i started there were 20 stacks of moss, after buying up EVERY available moss in every city, i scrounged up about ~25stacks, now all moss is sold out all the time, i told too many friends O_O

Bought 8 stacks in Sand Oreo for 6900-7000 gil a piece. Bastok fames says "Hardly anyone knows of you." (Or something like that.)

Porting out to Seblina... I'll let you know how it goes...

I read this post 4 dys ago, and i logged in and started the quest right away, and all i can say is THANK YOU!

I first bought ~16 stacks in SD, 7000 a piece.
I did the quest and returned. I was at level 4 SD fame.
Then i bought the remaining 10 stacks for 7000 a piece.
Did the quest and at that time i've reached lv 7 SD fame.
I boought the remaining stacks in bastok which was 6500-7000 a piece. ;P

And after i traded them in, I've reached max fame in SD, Jeuno AND Bastok. On top of that i made around 30k gil too.
Windurst didn't have any moss for sale.
I haven't checked my fame in WD yet.

So all i can say is thank you, and the mosses are always sold out now. ;P

You also get La Theine Cabbage's from gardening. Vegetable Seeds + Bronze Pot + Water Crystal = Cabbage. The only time I ever got Cabbages, I got 8 of them.

Little off topic, does the Yagudo Bead Necklace quest in Windurst give that city fame, or strictly Norg fame? It is a repeatable quest (which I'm ABSOLUTELY sick of now) ^^

I dont know if this was said or not but if i did this would i have enough fame to do gobbie bag quest? I can dish out 75k for it just has long as i only lose 5k or something like that. Thanks

Oh nice. Raising prices is justwhat the game needs, isn't it? I bet that really encourages the new players to want to continue playing the game, when they already can't afford most things to begin with.
Great strategy.

Sorry, I only read the first 10 posts or so, so if I'm repeating someone, please forgive me.

I hope you all realize that Fame 6 is not "max" fame. "Max" fame, on a scale of 1-9, is, well, 9 (some people prefer a scale of 0-8, but whatever).

Just clearing things up. :)
