Seals (Divine and Elemental) and HateFollow

They don't have any innate hate generation (ie if you pop one of the seals without casting a spell, you won't get aggro just for popping seal). Generally Divine Seal will grab you a lot more aggro when combined with a cure (or, god forbid, you curaga mid fight) since it doubles the effectiveness of the spell being cast. Elemental Seal only [drastically] increases the likelihood of the spell hitting for full, so at worst you're getting the same amount of hate as you would if the spell had hit without seal for full.
