Recovering Playonline data?Follow

Well, I had to uninstall and reinstall the Playonline viewer, because a recent virus locked me out of the system. So I get everything reinstalled and enter in my old Playonline data, and it won't log me in. I can create a new member, and as far as I know all my info is correct, but I can't get past the Playonline password screen. So...should I contact the Playonline support line, or e-mail them, or is there a much easier way to retrieve my verified info? Cuz this friggin sucks, not being able to play and all.
