I finally made it to Kazham. Woo hoo!! I was very pleased to see an AH there. Funny thing though: all my Windurst AH stuff appeared as local at the Kazham AH.
My question is: is the Kazham AH part of the Windurst AH, or is it the local AH of whatever your nationality is? Or is it its own?

I believe it uses the Windy AH regardless of area control. On Alexander, Elshimo region is currently under Sandorian control (I think); however, the AH is that of Windy's, and you can check you Windy fame in Kaz regardless of who controls Elshimo.

Not true. As I said, Sandoria currently controls this region but the AH is still Windy's. I checked last night.
