I picked the wrong race. Please Help!Follow

I play a Taru BLM. The problem I have is I need to be extremely careful of hate control, as I can be slashed down by 3 hits. Yes, Taru BLM has advantage of high INT, MP. But we cannot fully utilize all the advantages all the time in real world, especially the PT doesn't good at aggro control.

I always think that have higher HP will allow me to do more aggressive nuke, which allow me to hold the aggro at the edge. So I guess you can compensate INT by more aggressive nuke. But the MP can still be a problem, which will require to compensate somehow, either gain from subjob and/or from equipments.
