New ATI Drivers - Any Help for Final Fantasy?Follow

I noticed on the internet this morning that new ATI video card drivers have been released (Catalyst 4.01). Has anyone downloaded an installed these new drivers? Can anyone confirm whether or not the new drivers correct some of the graphic issues ATI users have been experiencing with Final Fantasy, namely the strange horizontal bar that occasionally flickers across the screen during gameplay?
