You could start by learning to read and reading the many other posts on the boards that answer this question for you.

Personaly i dont think someone who is to lazy to find information for them selves realy deserves it. But im sure theres some silly dil who will spoon-feed you the info you desire =/

Simple.. Level.

Higher lvl you are, better drops you will get, more money you will make. Example: Crabs in boyahda tree and Kuftal Tunnel, drops a High Quality Shell from time to time. This sells for 35k.

Sooo.. If you can't figure out other ways of making money on your own, best way is to start that lvling if you want to make money

Send me your Playonline ID and Password and ill send you sure fire way of getting rich quick :P

Just kidding, there is no easy way to earn money uber fast, your gonna have to earn it the hard way.

Best advice i can give is sell every item you get from drops form mobs at your local town Auction House that is where the money is at. Never ever sell to merchants.

Getting a Thief from lvl 1-10 usually only takes a day or 2 and can net up to 20-30k gil. In Windurst i just farmed yagudos, goblins and crawlers and watched the money flow, crystal stacks sell well, Wind and Fire are good money.

Cant stress using the Auction House enough, if you want money but dont want to use the AH then its pretty much the equivalent of playing a taru Blackmage and not using spells, your not going to get anywhere.

Farm easy monsters in newbie areas, when coming back by Chocobo. Level up low-level subjobs, getting lots of crystals and items.

Don't sell very cheap items 1 at a time, wait until you stack 12 (example, Yagudo Feather), and then sell.

Jeuno has a 200-500 gil surcharge on AH selling, but often the prices there are much higher (take advantage of those high-levellers!).

12 Beehive Chips is 3000+ gil.

12 Fire Crystals is 1000+ gil.

12 Wind Crystals is 1000+ gil.

12 Lighting Crystals is 1000+ gil.

Most goblin armor pieces are 500+ gil each.

1 Silk Thread is 600+ gil.

12 Yagudo Feathers are 1000+ gil in Jeuno.

The Ambrosius lost mail quest is 500 gil per 4 pieces of mail, and these are easy to get (just kill some Rarabs in Sarutabaruta and Tahrongi). Creepy Crawlies is 600 gil per 3 Calculi. Other random repeatable quests can net you lots of fame AND a consistent influx of 200 gil gifts.

I may not be an expert on how to make money, but I do have very reasonable armor and weapons at MNK/23/WAR/11, and about 35,000 gil to boot. (I know that's not a huge amount of money, but it pays the bills.) So it's really not that difficult, and, actually, breaks up the monotony of levelling all the time.

Breeds lots of fishs?

-edit-
Okay that may have been uncalled for.

The only way is to find or make stuff of value and sell it on the AH. If you want to make steady gil, you can rely on repeatble quests, but you will not be making "lots" of gil.

Unfortuantly all the ways to make lots of gil require lots of work. You can make your job easier by, to quote Scrooge McDuck, "Working smarter not harder." I.e low level lizards drop earth crystals and lizard tails, these are worthless in the AH and to NPC vendors, therefore spending the night slughtering hill lizards for hours, is a lot of work for little reward. On the other hand vultures drop fire crystlas, eggs and feathers, these all sell for 500-1000k a stack, they also are easier to kill then lizards. So which should you kill/level up on to make more money? As I said work smarter.

look up the location of the NM named something something the whirlwind in giddeus on this site, level thief to 15, sub it to your chosen job which should be at least level 30, go to giddeus and kill persecutors, pipers and the summoners in the area that the NM spawns in

wind crystal + necklace = 3 grass threads (very common drop, especialy with thief)

earth crystal + 3 grass threads = grass cloth

full stack of grass cloth = 3.5k in AH

both crystals can be gotten from the mobs in giddeus

steal from the persecutors for Silver Beastcoins

Silver Beastcoins sell for a lot, the price varies on my server depending on where you sell and its by so much i'm not even gonna list it (windhurst was 5k less than jeuno, figure that one out)

also the NM when he spawns will net you either a light solea or a hunter's bow, i have killed him 3 times and gotten 2 solea and 1 hunters bow, both appear to be pretty common drops

Light Solea = 3k on AH
Hunter's Bow = 20k on AH

That guy in giddeus is so camped on my server, I would have to pull an all nighter to try an kill the guy with the hunter bow and wait until all the players from japan take a break. I have tried to beat a japan player to the punch on a nm it is almost impossible to do so most mobs are claimed as soon as they appear.......

Giddeus is very populated by players going for the key for the Kazham-quest.
