i have a rent-a-room in san d'ora , but im from bastok . does this move my home point to san d'ora , or is it still bastok?
Your mog-house location is independent of your home point location. If you ever forget where your home point is saved, go to Status then Profile and you'll find it listed there.

Go into your mog house (whatever city your in) and change your job. Then exit your house, you will then see a question come up about "setting your home port", say yes. Now you are bound right in front of that specific resident area. Then go back into your mog house and change your job back to whatever one you want. Goodluck....

Yes, if you're still saved in Bastok. The only time you can save at your Mog House is if you change jobs, then it will prompt you if you want to save as Uhg suggested.
Are you asking how to move your Home Point? Just find a Home Point crystal, much easier than changing jobs back and forth.
