Submitting Pictures (need help)Follow

I know that somewhere on this site I saw some information on how to submit pictures of items (normally, you have to clear the screen before a screenshot in my experience).

Can anyone give me a link to that page/forum, or if not fill me in on how I can take a screenshot with the item shown? There are a couple of items I've submitted that don't have all the information because I can't take screenshots of them.
