Anyone have any good info on getting/learning about Elvaan's Racial Specific Equip (RSE)??

yes i was looking into that since i hit lvl 32, and u hav eto be at least lvl 30 ish to wear them, and for each race and gender u have to go to a dungeaon of course or a mine. I know for mine Elvaan Females you have to go to Shakrami Maze and get a key for the chest first that is dropped my a NM Ooze type.

For RSE (Any race) try talking to the first goblin in the back room of the junk shop in Lower Jeuno. You will need enough fame in Jeuno to get this quest. If he tells you to get lost you need more fame. (Talk to the dude at the table outside shop to get an idea of what your fame is. He should have a good idea of who you are.) From there you will need to find the time and location for your Race/Sex. Places alternate from Gusgen/Maze/Ordelle. (Ordelle is the least painful. No undead.) Time is about an 8 hour period (1 game week) and cycles through Race/Sex. (I do not know the times but there are sites out there that track it, will post one when I find which one my friend uses)
When your time comes around head to location and kill the goblin Furrier/Smithy/Pathfinder/Shaman (Might be able to kill other monsters for key but gobs have for sure) When you get the key look for the chests that spawn. Open chest for pattern and head off to Jeuno for a RSE piece. Repeat if time allows.
Suggested party is capable 5-6 lvl 30+ (If your party wouldn't be able to go out leveling it won't work) At least 1 THF is useful. Of course you can ignore party suggestions if you can get a high lvl(s) to help you but then again if you had high lvl support you wouldn't be reading this.
Qualifing experience for this post: I just got my first RSE this weekend and planning for next run this week. (I had to get more fame or I would be farther along) Went with a party of 5-6 all lvl 30+ with a RDM/WHM, THF/NIN, WAR/MNK, THF/RNG, DRK/WAR and THF/WHM. We found 5 patterns (7 keys total) DRK left midway and came back in time for another key and THF/RNG showed up late and only got a key. We were in Ordelle.
Hope this helps and gives you an idea of what to expect.

Please note this data was found from another site and was extended by me. (Extending pattern) Only proof I have to validity is that one period has been correct. (Have only tried one so far) Will be trying the period tonight for Mithra. If anyone can +/- validity please do so. The site is Kool-Aid's.
