I dunno about "on paper". I've had Ukko's Fury for about 2 weeks and there is no comparison.

It doing 5k-6k on HNM level mobs isn't uncommon. It's kind of surprising if it does 4k or lower honestly. And in EXP it tends to one shot mobs. Drakesbane is nice but it's not that nice.
