Have any recipes been released in the last 15 expansions that made this any easier for non-elves/Karana worshippers? All the guides I can find are pretty old and either use Shadewood bows or occasionally GoD arrows for this, but I'm hoping there's an easier (read: cheaper) way now.
I did it with Item CLASS 8 Steel Braxihorn Arrow [small nock]. Trivial is 308. You do have to buy or pharm two drops: Braxi horns and Goral Fins. I seem to remember the biggest problem was finding enough of them in the Bazaar so I had to spend some time pharming them myself.

Good guides, but the easy answer is, what Sippin said. Just casual playing in RoF will get you plenty of mats.
Exception is, if you're Karana or Tunare aligned, there are some cultural recipes that are all store bought (at least for Tunare). And is profitable if you sell the arrows in the Bazaar. Can't beat that :)

Thanks all, exactly what I needed to know. Was hoping to advance my 51 non-elf a bit but see that that is not feasible since the mats aren't up in my bazaar.
