What if they are being hacked by some kid at school on his/her spare period?
Can anyone pinpoint a time when the login server issues started and match it with a known change? I know that sounds obvious, but if they did something to Legends of Norrath and the login server has been wonky ever since it might not be immediately noted if the two things aren't supposed to impact each other.
