I am wondering should I see a change in my merc when I purchase the armor using the mark of valors ?
And if not is there a way to change the appearance of mercs ?
P.S. I have a werewolf merc and did buy chest helm primary secondary gear and have not seen a change in appearance =(

This is a guess, not me knowing facts:
In the case of enchanter illusions things like armor usually (I can't think of an exception, but I also haven't played my enchanter in years) only show if the illusion is a player-playable race.
So I wouldn't be surprised is merc armor models (if they even show armor changes) follow the same precedent.
