No I am not spamming, as I recall it there was once a "Birdbath" in the guild halls used for augmenting items. I did not see one when I was last in the Guild hall and was wondering where do I go to augment my armor these days?

See https://everquest.allakhazam.com/wiki/EQ:Items_Augmentation as you don't use the baths any more, it's all done on the item display window now.
