most annoying mob placement/locationFollow

I do not mind frostell celebration, what I do not like is the placement or location of hungry predator mob in looping plains. I go to the worg quest npc all of a sudden dead because get aggro from these mobs, really smart run double exp yet mobs in the area to kite or kill. Not all of us are level 100, box or have time to waste when trying to grind aa and levels.
